1teaspoonItalian seasoning or Greek seasoning blend
1teaspoonsea salt
1tablespoonlemon juice
1fresh minced garlic clove
1 pinchof pepper
2tablespoonsfresh parsley
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and dice into ½ inch cubes.
Add the potatoes to a large mixing bowl along with the seasoning, sea salt, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper. Give it a good stir.
Transfer the potatoes to your air fryer basket and spread them out. A single layer of potatoes will result in a crispier potato but they will still cook if there are several layers of potatoes stacked on top of each other.
Cook at 400F/200C for 15-25 minutes shaking the basket every 5 minutes so the potatoes all cook evenly. The time it takes to cook the potatoes will depend on the size of your air fryer basket and how many layers of potatoes you have.
