Ingredients
1400g can of chickpeas(drained and rinsed)
⅓cup(78ml) of lemon juice
1teaspoonof maple syrup
1teaspoonof sea salt
1teaspoonof onion powder or granules
1teaspoonof garlic powder or 2 fresh minced garlic cloves
1teaspoonof paprika(optional)
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. This will take around 1 minute.
Scrape down the sides if needed and blend again.
