½Cup(120ml) Soy Milk
60gChickpea (Gram) Flour
1TeaspoonOf My Homemade BBQ SeasoningOr ¼ Teaspoon Smoked Paprika, ¼ Teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder, ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder, And ½ Teaspoon Onion Powder
¼Cup(60ml) Frank’s Buffalo Sauce, Hot Sauce, Or Ketchup

Instructions
Cut the cauliflower into florets.
Mix the milk, chickpea flour, and BBQ seasoning together in a bowl.
Add the cauliflower to the bowl and mix until the cauliflower is fully coated.
Air Fryer
Spray the air fryer basket with oil spray.
Add the cauliflower to the air fryer. Spray the cauliflower with oil spray
Bake at 190C / 380F for 15 minutes or until golden.
Use a pastry brush to coat with Frank’s buffalo sauce, other hot sauce, or ketchup.
Oven
Line a baking sheet with parchment (greaseproof) paper.
Add the cauliflower to the sheet and spray with oil spray.
Bake at 190C / 380F for 20 minutes or until golden.
Serve with ranch dressing.
