How to easily cook boiled baby potatoes perfectly each time. Here are the instructions for the stove, instant pot, and microwave.
Although potatoes are one of my favorite side dishes, I found that I wouldn’t make them very often because I ended up eating too many of them.
After I figured out exactly how many potatoes to add to my plate to allow myself to lose weight, I started eating potatoes all the time.
I love making a big batch of potatoes at the start of the week and storing a container of these cooked potatoes in the fridge.
I turn these boiled potatoes into lots of different types of dishes such as roasted potatoes, fries, mashed, or smashed potatoes.
Thankfully my family like potato skins so I just leave the skins on even if I’m making mash, which saves so much time.
The reason that I love using baby potatoes is that I don’t need to chop them or peel them, and I can throw them straight into a pan of boiling water, which saves me so much time.
I buy a couple of bags of baby potatoes each week now and always have these in the fridge as potatoes are so versatile.
Another thing you can do with these potatoes is to throw them into a stew or soup to make it more filling.
