These vegan recipes are vegetable side dishes, based on leafy greens, or vegetables, and are packed with nutrients and fiber.
None of these recipes are complete meals. They can be combined with some vegan meat, a nutrient-packed carbohydrate side dish, and a delicious vegan sauce to create a complete meal.
All of my recipes are vegan, gluten-free, free from refined sugar, cheap to make, and use ingredients that are usually readily available in most countries.
