All of the following recipes are based on plant-based vegan protein. These are all recipes for vegan meat.
None of these recipes are complete meals. They are only recipes for the plant protein element of a meal.
This vegan protein can be paired with nutrient-packed carbs, vegetable side dishes and a delicious sauce or dip to create a full meal.
All of my recipes are vegan, gluten free, free from refined sugar, are cheap to make, and ingredients are usually readily available in most countries.
