Filling Vegan Recipes Around 400 Calories Per Meal
All of the following recipes are vegan recipes are around 400 calories per meal. If you eat 3 of these meals per day you'll get 1200 calories in total. This is how I structure my own diet. I find these recipes so filling that I don't need to snack.
All of my recipes are vegan, gluten free, free from refined sugar, are cheap to make, and ingredients are usually readily available in most countries.
